Bauer skates typically fit 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than your standard shoe size. We recommend using our 3D Fit Print technology at an authorized retailer or consulting our online sizing chart for precise measurements.
What is the warranty policy on composite hockey sticks?
We offer a one-time replacement on sticks that break due to manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you have your original receipt and the serial number sticker intact.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment?
Customized gear, including MyBauer sticks and skates, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the complexity of the order and current seasonal demand.
Can I return protective gear if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on unused protective gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
